In her new role, Irwin is responsible for all aspects of implementation, training and customer support. She will manage the team that performs new customer implementations, design and direct customer training needs, and oversee daily customer support via e-mail, phone and web meetings. In addition, she will continue to serve as project manager on all Morphis projects and maintain the online management tools Basecamp HQ and ScreenSteps Live.
Morphis, a Texas-based company with offices in Houston, Dallas and Dhaka, Bangladesh is the world leader in ATM, banking and armored carrier software. Morphis products are in use world-wide by central banks, commercial banks, armored carriers, independent ATM deployers and transaction processors.

Prior to joining Morphis in 2008, Irwin worked at Diebold for more than a decade in various implementation and project management roles. She studied business management at Franklin University.
