Doug Deitel

 

Doug Deitel has served as President and CEO of Morphis, Inc. since 2004. Under his leadership Morphis has increased their customer base 10-fold while expanding operations to Europe and Asia.  
During his tenure, Morphis has also introduced new software products in

field service and branch cash management to complement their ATM and armored carrier management software

 

 

Doug has been involved in the financial services industry for more than 35 years.  Prior to taking the helm at Morphis, he served as Executive Vice President with Cardtronics from 2000-2004. From 1998 to 2000, he was employed as Senior Project Manager with Fiserv and from 1994-1998 he worked at Citizens National Bank as Vice President of Information Technology.
 
During his career, Doug has served on a number of industry committees including the ATM Industry Association Future Trends Executive Committee and the Electronic Funds Transfer Association ATM Integrity Taskforce. In his free time, he serves as a board member for the United States Billiard Association and enjoys playing guitar.
 
Doug earned a BA in mathematics from the University of Buffalo in 1969 and is a father of two and grandfather of two. He has been married to his wife, Madeline, for more than 10 years.

Dr. Mahmud Hossain

 

As a co-founder of Morphis, along with Alif Rahman, Dr. Hossain is the creative and technical genius behind the software known as Morphis®.
 
In his role as Chief Software Architect, Dr. Hossain is not only responsible for creation and support of Morphis software products he is the guiding force behind the unique (and mostly secret) methodologies used by Morphis that produce the extraordinary results achieved by its customers.

Alif Rahman

As a co-founder of Morphis®, along with Dr. Hossain, Alif Rahman has been instrumental in the development and success of the company. 

Alif Rahman Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Morphis, Inc.Today Alif serves as Chief Technical Officer for Morphis and is responsible for all technical interactions between Morphis and its customers.  This responsibility includes, but is not limited, to the following major areas:
  1. SQL Server Management and Administration for Morphis software as a service (SaaS) 
  2. Customer Relationship Management
    1. First and second line support for existing customers
    2. Business and product analysis on existing and new products
  3. Product Development and Testing

Gary Faulkner

As Chief Marketing Officer of Morphis, Gary is responsible for everything that looks like sales and marketing.  One of Gary’s first accomplishments after joining Morphis full-time in 2004 was the creation of Morphis’ hugely successful Software-as-a-Service business — Morphis Managed Services, LLC.  

 

Morphis’ SaaS business gives the company the ability to deliver Morphis’ Enterprise Class software solution while simultaneously outsourcing the robust IT infrastructure and expertise required of modern ERP/CRM systems. Today over 60 percent of Morphis customers rely on Morphis Managed Services and Morphis’ 99.99 percent uptime record.

Debra Miller

In her role as Director of Business Development, Debra is responsible for developing business opportunities with financial institutions, retailers, CITs and gaming companies surrounding the movement and accountability of cash. 
 
Prior to joining Morphis in 2009, Debra was the Director of Sales for North America with De La Rue, where she was ranked third in the world among sales in her division. Before going to work for De La Rue she served as a Regional Manager with Giesecke and Devrient (G&D), where she sold high speed sorters with G&D vault management systems to the U.S. commercial financial and gaming markets.
