The technician can accept by clicking the embedded “ACCEPT” button contained in the email.  MorphisSC then automatically manages this “click-to-advise” process for each successive action as it occurs. Every open service order continually reflects the actual current status in real time. 

 

Once a task is complete the technician can use his device’s native keyboard to enter field notes; closing the task.

Every change of status and every note from the field become part of the permanent repair history in MorphisSC. Paper field reports are totally eliminated. Even billing information based on drive time, repair time and parts used is automatically updated.
