Armored Car Management

Managing the entire Cash-In-Transit journey

Morphis●ACM

Morphis●ACM is a centralized, integrated, enterprise-wide software system that performs all the tasks necessary to manage the business of Armored Transport, including both transportation and cash vault processing. Morphis●ACM delivers process control and automation standards that eliminate the tribal knowledge, guesswork and multiple disconnected systems typically found in both simple and complex cash-in-transit operations.

Morphis●ACM addresses the five most important departmental responsibilities required to run a successful CIT operation:

  • Web-based order entry allows the sales department to electronically receive, confirm and report on all classes of service orders from pickup and delivery, to cash and item processing and ATM servicing.
  • Vault Management seamlessly manages the fulfillment of orders including check-in/check-out of physical inventories, bar code–enabled dual-control of all custody exchanges, and balance and reconciliation of both physical and virtual vaults.
  • Route Management automates the process of assigning the right vehicle to the right route, with the right crew, and the optimum parcels that allow you to provide the highest level of service at the lowest possible cost.
  • Contract Management provides your admininstrative department with the ability to capture and programmatically manage the deliverables and details of each contract you have with both your customers and your vendors.
  • Financial Management utilizes the unique Morphis contract-oriented paradigm to manage and report on your business operations, including billing by SLA, time and distance, fuel surcharges and excess countback surcharges. In short, you can manage any charge you specify in any agreement you have.

The business of securely transporting valuables in armored vehicles has come a long way from the days of a shotgun rider on a stagecoach. Today’s cash-in-transit service provider must manage more than weapons and armored vehicles. Web ordering systems, bar-coded package tracking, mobile and handheld wireless communication, and accurate balancing and reporting software are a must to remain competitive.

Morphis Armored Carrier Management software—Morphis●ACM—meets the demands of both large and small armored cash operations. Whether transporting currency and coin, jewelry and metals, or any other items of value, Morphis●ACM manages every step in the process of acquiring orders, preparing packages, scheduling routes and processing the results—from balancing vaults to billing. With Morphis●ACM an operator can achieve new levels of service and efficiency that ensures customer loyalty and satisfaction. From pickup and delivery to processing, reporting and billing, Morphis●ACM is a complete end-to-end carrier management system.

mTrack [Track & Trace]

The mTrack application is a digital route log that can be used by CIT guards when performing transactions with customers. When mTrack is used on site the software provides our CIT customers with real live tracking of the guard’s whereabouts, the contents they picked up and / or delivered, as well as the signatures received on site. Having this information is key when confirming chain of custody took place at every stop. After each stop, the customer will receive a digital receipt via email, and the CIT customer will receive confirmation through the UI. This keeps all parties in the know and is helpful should questions arise.

Lock Code Agent [LCA]

Morphis Lock Code Agent [LCA] is utilized by ATM Field Technicians for FLM/SLM services and or CIT fulfillment services. Morphis LCA integrates with multiple lock manufacturers in a single database to retrieve One Time Lock Codes (OTC). LCA communicates with KabaMas and S&G lock systems over the web to open and close lock combo codes instantly. LCA is tailored for smartphones and utilizes Morphis Messenger to securely retrieve and submit lock codes to/from home base and field operations.

LCA automatically creates reports of combos generated and notifications if the OTC is not generated. In reference to Kaba locks, a lock close code must be entered before leaving the site and moving on to the next service call. If the close code is not entered at the site, the next service request will not generate a lock combo for the next person needing to fulfill the required services. The secure operations from the home base to the field operations of LCA provide an excellent return on investment with reallocations of FTE currently answering the phone to manually provide open and close codes to field personnel.
